Rosebud is a mini tournament of Roses designed only for beginners to offer another opportunity locally for more people to test their skills against opponents of similar skill and experience level. This event will also be HEMA Rated and in HEMA Scorecard, the goal is to make this event as close to roses as possible to offer the best experience possible.

For this event, a beginner is someone who meets all of the following criteria:

Has under 3 years HEMA experience
Has competed in no more then 3 events
Has not placed in the top 4 of an event with 30 or less competitors
Has not placed in the top 8 of an event with over 30 competitors
Has a HEMA Ratings Weighted Rating under 1100 (Not your "Rank") or no HEMA rating at all
