This is the 15th installment of the Bucks/PEMAC intramural tournament series. The goal of this tournament is to provide a safe, fun, low cost, low pressure environment for clubs of the Philadelphia area and surrounding areas to practice both competing in and refereeing tournaments. This tournament will be used to test a few ideas in preparation for Revolution Rumble 2024. This will be a practice and feasibility test for the idea of running double elimination brackets, and therefore the tournament will not be split into tiers, and the bracket format will be double elimination. As always, the results will not be submitted to HEMA ratings, but will be tracked internally.
