Welcome to the very first HCC camping event, in beautiful Langley, BC!
Workshop:
We will be hosting workshops from coaches with years of experience Saturday and Sunday! Details to be announced on the Facebook page.
Open Sparring:
Space is available for sparring inside and outside, any weapons and intensity that you like.
Rapier and Lantern! - Friday
We will be having a casual mini-tournament with Rapier and Lantern!
The new experimental tournament, Duals! - Saturday
You challenge a consenting fencer to a match with judges to witness the glory of victory. You only get one match per person per weapon set. That is easily 100 matches in a day if you have the stamina for it. Whoever wins the most overall matches will be fighting in the finals for Swordstock Event Champion!
Friendship is Golden Challenge! - Saturday
All participants will be issued gold tokens. You can gift them to people who judge your duels, show great display of sportsmanship or display of skill, or anything. Whoever has the most gold tokens by the end of the event wins the title of GoldStock!
Breakfast with the Fam! - Sunday
Fellow club members and their family will be making breakfast Sunday morning to help us be ready for a day of open fencing and workshops.
Camp out and Hanging out:
We will be there all weekend, so there will be plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature and sword fighting.
