Whether you are looking to sharpen your competitive edge or test your stamina against a variety of styles, the Mini HEMAthon delivers maximum fencing volume in a streamlined format.
We are ditching the standard "one-and-done" pool structure to ensure every registration translates to significant fight time.
Stage 1: The Triple-Set Round Robin Fighters will be placed into pools where they will face every other opponent across three separate sets of round-robin matches. This high-volume format allows you to learn your opponents' habits, adjust your tactics across multiple rotations, and rewards consistent, clean fencing.
Stage 2: The Final Four Once the grueling pool sets are complete, the scores will be tallied. Only the Top 4 fighters overall will advance to the elite, single-elimination finals bracket to battle for a spot on the podium.

Check-in & Gear Inspection: 11:00 AM
Gear Notice: Full competitive HEMA kit is required to participate. This includes a 350N (or higher) rated fencing jacket, throat protection, heavy sparring gloves (e.g., Sparring Gloves, SPES Heavies), rigid knee/shin/elbow protection, and a 800N mask with back-of-head protection. All steel longswords must be safe, flexible, spatulated or rolled tips, and be free of burrs.
